ABOUT US

History
IPEC was founded in December 1994. For the first year, we focused our efforts on entering the dairy, water and juice markets by primarily designing, producing and servicing capping equipment. Through the guidance of our founders, the Company transitioned into the manufacturing of tamper-evident closures with its first manufacturing plant in New Castle, Pennsylvania. This facility is still in operation and has added our corporate offices and Fabrication Division.

Our second manufacturing facility was constructed in December 1997 in Brewton, Alabama. Both facilities have the capability to run any closure product lines we offer. We also have various subcontractor relationships for certain product lines internationally as well as export sales.

Culture
Today, we supply hundreds of customers from prominent fluid milk processors and water and juice bottlers to smaller family-owned operations. Our primary business is divided into four main industry segments: dairy, water, juice and custom-design. We have built our Company from our Technical Service Team to our Customer Service Department to have specialized knowledge in these segments in order to address most effectively our customer demands.

We believe in a free idea flow workplace culture that has led to significant product innovations to standard industry closure offerings. We seek to preserve our long-term relationships with existing customers and attract new customers through the establishment of value added relationships well beyond closure requirements. These were the principles upon which we were founded in 1994 and remain the main operating philosophy of the Company today. We view our products as total product solutions, resulting in our focus that your end package both exceeds your operational goals and the expectations of your end user.
