Where are you located?
We have two primary production facilities. One is located in western Pennsylvania at 185 Northgate Circle, New Castle, PA . The other is located in southwestern Alabama at 572 Industrial Parkway, Brewton, AL. We also have various subcontract relationships to accommodate international supply needs.
Do you export your closures?
Yes. We currently export to most major countries worldwide including the United Kingdom, Russia, Hungary, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Israel, Italy and the Caribbean Islands.
What style and size caps do you make?
We consider ourselves to be a comprehensive closure supplier. This means we can handle most standardized closure requirements while also having the ability to take on your custom design needs from concept to consumer. We make 16 different product lines of industry standardized caps in a variety of stock colors. Our threaded lineup consists of our 26.7mm Sport, 26.7mm Flat, 28mm Flat, 28mm Sport and various 38mm Screw On closures. For your 38mm sport needs, we carry our 38mm Push/Pull (with or without dust cover) and 38mm Twist/Pull (with or without dust cover) closures. For 38mm snap on applications, we produce our 38mm Tail, 38mm ISC Snap, and 55mm Resealable closures. How can I get samples of your closures?

How do I setup an account with IPEC?
You can accomplish this in one of two ways:

How do I know my order was placed?
We will either email or fax you an order confirmation with an expected delivery date.
How do I know my order was shipped?
We will send you a shipment confirmation within 24 hours of your product being shipped.
Can I get custom labeled or printed caps?
Yes. We do have the capability to label or print our 38mm flat closures. You can contact our Customer Service Department for the details or forward an electronic file with your artwork to our attention. Outside of a $195 plate charge, there are no additional costs incurred for custom design print with one color ink. Labels are limited to a four color process without a plate charge.
How many colors do you have for caps?
Depending on the product line, we have up to 15 stock colors. You can see pictures of all our closures in their stock color on the product section of our website.
Are custom colors available?
Yes. We are very flexible in meeting our customer marketing needs in this area. Typically, no additional charge is required for custom colors. However, in certain circumstances an additional charge may be applied depending on the complexity of the color you are requesting and the production run time involved in producing a batch of your custom color cap.
How much lead time is needed for an order?
We would prefer to have at least two weeks lead time for orders. While we can not guarantee orders placed outside of these parameters, we do make every effort to accommodate your specific situation.

What is the minimum order I can place?
We will process an order for a minimum of one case of our closures. Certain credit policies apply for orders less than one pallet.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We only accept credit cards for orders less than one pallet. We currently accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover.
Will IPEC arrange the freight for my order?
Yes. Our Customer Service Department can arrange for the shipment of your order or you can elect to use your own carrier.
What are your packaging specifications?

Where can I purchase bottles with your neck finish?
Our neck finish is used by a variety of PET and HDPE bottle manufacturers throughout the United States. Please contact our Engineering Group at 800-377-IPEC (4732) x227 or e-mail us at engineering@ipec.com to locate a bottle manufacturer in your area.
Do you comply with the requirements of FDA Title 21 CFR Parts 175-178?
All materials used in production of our products comply with requirements of FDA Title 21 CFR Parts 175 - 178 regulations. Further more, our facilities and manufacturing practices are inspected and certified as conforming for production of dairy closures by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. What does your ISO certification mean?
Many companies require their suppliers to become registered to the ISO standards. A Company's compliance to ISO generally results in a sound quality management system being in place. Typical benefits associated with ISO certification include reduced customer complaints, increased demand, less quality defects and overall higher customer satisfaction.
