Starting with the base closure the parts are sent around the first station where the spout is applied to the base closure then taken to a transfer station where a dust cover is picked off and taken to the 3rd station where it is applied. The closure is then transferred to a conveyor to be counted and put into a box for shipping. These assemblers are designed to be very user friendly and limited maintenance. The machine is built of all stainless construction which ensures durability and minimal upkeep. All belts and bearing material are FDA approved and wash down capable. |
