| Quality |
Our commitment to total quality extends through every phase of development and manufacturing, including: mold production, material selection, process operations, performance testing, final qualification and ongoing process control. We have a full-time staff that oversees compliance with government regulations.
In addition to complying with FDA and IMS regulations, we have commenced the process of becoming HACCP compliant. HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a successful way of ensuring that products do not pose a risk to the health of the consumers. HACCP is a systematic approach that assesses the risks of a product or process and then determines the controls that are necessary to get rid of or minimize the risk. We believe that HACCP has become the market standard for food safety world wide and are working to achieve this certification for our customer base.

| Safety |
Our Safety Department prides itself on implementing and monitoring all our safety policies and procedures. We conduct routine safety and health audits to insure that all of the 58 points of the program are in place and functioning. We require all employees to be continuously trained on safety awareness and its importance both on and off the worksite. Through our comprehensive safety program, we have enjoyed many benefits including injury and illness ratings well below the industry national averages and the achievement of SHARP certification from OSHA.
