Our operating philosophy is anchored by our belief in exceeding all expectations that the closure industry has grown accustomed to in regard to technical service and support. Since our inception in December 1994, this philosophy has been the cornerstone of our growth and the foundation of our success. We believe our technical service department provides a practical yet highly effective turnkey solution to your bottling operations.

Services

We have focused our efforts and capital on finding and developing industry leading blow mold specialists/technical service representatives that are inspired by our "hands on approach" to customers. We assist in setting up rotational preventive maintenance visits for our customers at which our personnel will assist or lead in evaluating and performing improvements to your blow mold, fillers, cappers and capping equipment. All visits result in documentation of a field service report that includes a detail assessment of the work performed including any findings or customer recommendations.
We also perform hourly fee-based work for non-customers in the areas of servicing, installing and troubleshooting most industry closure support, feeding and filling systems. In addition, our technicians commonly perform work in many other areas including clamps, extruder, barrel, screws, cooling, hydraulic, molds, thrust bearings, ball splines, gear box, installations and upgrades. Whether it is our closure, a competitors or a non-competing product line, we have the experience and knowledge to support all your capping needs.

Availability

We are on call and available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year free of charge to all of our customers.
