We maintain open communication lines with all major independent bottle manufacturers in North America and believe these relationships to be a critical component of our ability to service our customers. Our technicians take responsibility for addressing all bottling problems regardless of their source. Quite simply, your problems are our problems. We do not spend unproductive time allocating blame to the bottlers. In the case you should receive nonconforming bottles from an independent supplier, we make arrangements to visit the applicable production site of that supplier in order to express our concern and remedy the occurrence on your behalf. Once the problem is corrected, we will address the issue directly with the independent bottle supplier minimizing or completely eliminating involvement of our customer in the costs or corrective measures pertaining to the solution.
