We conduct formal product line training programs for our customer employees. Upon request, our service technicians will visit your facilities and perform training sessions for all shifts increasing your personnel knowledge base on your specific closure and bottle product lines including:
the potential quality defects that you may encounter with graphical images;
lot number traceability procedures; and
best practice improvement techniques

Filler
|
We offer filler training that focuses of maintaining the proper adjustments on filler and capping equipment. We supply the literature and the hands on training environment to maximize the potential of your people.

Blow Mold
|
One of our most popular trainings is our in-house blow mold training. During this course, we offer on site class room training along with hands on demonstrations in the facility blow mold room.

| BMI Assessment Service |
 We also offer our BMI Assessment Service (Blow Mold Improvement) for many bottlers in North America. The process is a multi-step project that commences with site inspections of your bottling facilities highlighted by a comprehensive evaluation of your blow mold operations. From these inspections, we will present identified production improvement opportunities. Upon customer approval, we implement such recommendations and train your staff on how to maintain such efficiencies into the future.
Pricing
All training resources above are offered free of charge to our customers. Participants will receive the relevant training manuals for their personal retention after the course has been completed. We also conduct training and services for non-customers at a reasonable hourly service rate plus expenses. For larger projects with defined goals, fixed fee arrangements are available.
